What is Maven?
The Maven app is powered by AMI (Automated Mobile Intelligence), our core technology, is like the virtual personal assistant you’ve always wanted! She will do things like remind you of your customers’ birthdays, sync new orders automatically with Maven and send notifications to say thank you, and link Instagram photos to your personally branded Social Shop. Where do I get Maven?
Let’s begin! We have included step-by-step instructions below for how to set up your account with Maven right here. Follow along with the subsequent articles to customize AMI to work specifically for you and your business needs.
Search for Sell with Maven in the App Store or Google Play Store on your phone
Follow the instructions to download the app You can also visit ios.maven.app to download for iPhone (requires iOS 9.0 or greater) or android.maven.app to download for Android (requires Android 6.0 or greater).
Open the app and tap the Sign up button. At this point you can move directly to the sign up process. When you’re ready, sign up for a new account by entering your email and create a password when prompted.
Next, choose Scentsy from the drop down menu of supported companies and then tap the "Continue" button.
After selecting Scentsy, you’ll be prompted to sync your Workstation to Maven. This allows you to access your latest and past customers and their orders from the Maven app (and from anywhere!). Maven and Scentsy start by syncing you with up to two years of past data and their orders. Kickback and relax while your data is syncing.
AMI is now hard at work syncing your hard-earned contacts and their order to the app! While you wait, please confirm your contact info we gathered from your Workstation and tap "Confirm."
Next, you have the option to import your contacts from your phone. Tap "Import my Phone Book" if you’re ready to do so, otherwise you can Skip and complete this step later. Note that this will import all your phone contacts, but will also merge phone info with Workstation contacts if Maven detects the same perfect, to prevent duplicate contacts.
Finally, you can enable push notifications from Maven so you never forget a follow up again! Tap "Allow Push Notifications." You can adjust the frequency of these reminders later.

How do I get training on Maven?
If you haven't done so already, RSVP for an upcoming Maven 101 training. If you are unable to attend the webinar, RSVP regardless. We will be sure to email the recording to all those who RSVPed after the training is complete.

What if I need help with an issue?
Our Support Team is available 6am to 6pm Pacific Time Mondays to Fridays to answer your questions. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Expect a longer time for a response back if you reach out outside Support office hours, otherwise, we generally respond within 24 hours.
